Special Order parts are non‑returnable. Cancellation is permitted only until the part is allocated to our fulfillment request by Jaguar/Land Rover. After allocation, the order is final.
'Special Order' incorporates any item marked as such on the product page, including non‑stock or factory‑ordered items that are sourced on demand. These items are non-returnable and follow the cancellation rule above.
Report shipping damage/shortages within 24 hours of delivery.
Request an RMA for non‑defective returns within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Warranty claims are handled by replacement only unless otherwise unavailable; see Warranty Policy.
If you do not provide a VIN for fitment verification before ordering, the order is ineligible for ‘changed mind/doesn’t fit’ returns.
A restocking fee of 25% of the item’s pre‑tax price applies to non‑defective returns. Restocking does not apply to returns caused by our error or by a manufacturing defect.
Non‑defective items priced under $15 are not returnable. Defective items remain covered by the 1‑year warranty.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in new condition, with all accessories and documents. Original packaging may be opened for inspection but must not be torn, written on, or missing labels; the manufacturer label must be attached and scannable.
We cannot take back used, tried, or installed parts.
Electrical/electronic parts are not eligible for change‑of‑mind returns. Defective electrical parts remain covered under the 1‑year warranty.
If a return does not meet the above criteria, we will deny the return and ship it back at your expense or dispose of it with your consent.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order until a tracking number is generated or the supplier allocates the item to the fulfillment request we have submitted for 'Special Order' parts—whichever happens first.
We will confirm cancellation eligibility by email as quickly as possible after receiving your cancellation request.
CORE Returns
Package the core securely (preferably in the replacement part’s box or an equivalent sturdy box) so it arrives intact.
Cores must be complete and rebuildable (no non‑rebuildable damage, e.g., cracked housing or missing major components). Normal wear is acceptable.
All fluids must be completely drained.
You may use your own carrier or request our prepaid label; if you use our label, we deduct the actual label cost from the core credit
To receive credit for the core charge, the part must be sent back to your supplier in the original box, must be an original Jaguar or Land Rover part, and no external damage to the housing/part. A refund will be applied after we have received and inspected the core.
Warranty Returns
All parts come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase
For warranty claims, submit a replacement order. After we receive and validate the defective part, we refund the price paid for the replacement item (excluding shipping, labor, and incidental costs).
The warranty excludes damage from misuse, improper installation, accidents, modification, or contamination.
The VIN, vehicle mileage, and a valid repair order reflecting the failure of the part purchased must be provided.
The item must fail due to a manufacturing defect and be unmodified and unopened (unless installation requires opening).
